Learn to be Latina is getting ready for the fourth weekend of its crazy and hilarious ride, which means that if you have not yet seen the show everyone’s talking about, you only have TWO more weekends to do so!
Earlier we shared the great reviews from The Oregonian, Willamette Week in addition to Oregon Artswatch, and now it’s time to shine the spotlight on some audience members who, by email, Facebook and Twitter, had something to say about this production.

«If Art is best used as a mirror
for us to peer into in order to further explore and understand our own natures
as humans, then this play is a fine example of Art well used. The themes are
complex, the approach is bold and unapologetic, and the question that I
couldn’t stop asking myself was: ‘Wait- why, exactly, did I just laugh at
that?’ I am still digesting the experience and I strongly suggest that you
get yourself a heapin’ helpin’ of self-reflection while you can.
Thank you for a wonderful show.»
«By far the most provocative, entertaining show I have attended yet! It was exhilarating to throw political correctness to the wind and expose our different cultural perspectives using such a great comedic platform without diminishing the challenges and struggles of our fellow human beings. Superb acting, voice, dance etc… Thank you – I loved it!»
«We had a great time. Laughed and laughed. Cast was excellent. Choreography was
great. Recommending it to friends.»
There are only 7 performances left, so don’t wait and get your tickets today for this «rowdy, irreverent, splendid work» (Carol Wells, The Oregonian)!
