Learn to be Latina kicks off TONIGHT the OUTWright
Festival 2014 by welcoming playwright Enrique Urueta back to Portland for the
closing weekend of his play where «Urueta approaches the mendacity of pop-cultural corruption from, well, as many directions as possible» ( Oregon Artswatch)!
Tennant, this Thursday, May 29th, for an old-school SALON at 6:30pm in the
Zócalo at Milagro, free!. Come discuss the State of the (Gay) Play with
Enrique, enjoy some libations, and stay for the last Thursday performance of the play afterwards — show starts at 7:30 pm!
Come to any of the final performances of Learn to be Latina, the acclaimed and beloved production that The Oregonian called «rowdy,
irreverent, splendid work», the Willamette Week said that « has a little something for everyone» and according to Oregon Artswatch «it’s a kick in the raunchy pants»!
